Overview
Anantha has secured scores of visa and green card approvals for individuals and employers. His practice involves the full range of immigration law, including business and employment-based immigration law. He advises U.S. employers and businesses with non-immigrant visas such as H-1B, L-1, E-1/E-2 and TN visas, and immigrant visas obtained through PERM applications for labor certification and other immigrant visa ("green card") categories. He also guides clients on immigration and I-9 compliance matters.
As an immigration attorney, Anantha understands what is at stake and uses his extensive immigration experience to guide and counsel clients. In his 10 plus years of immigration experience, he has worked with highly regarded law firms and as an in-house immigration professional for technology companies. During this time, he has served as a trusted and a valuable partner for resolving immigration issues for small, medium and large companies across a wide range of industries including Information Technology, Healthcare, Finance, Engineering and Manufacturing.

Licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia and in the State of Tamil Nadu, India, Anantha is a Master of Laws graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law and a Bachelor of Laws graduate of the University of Madras in India.
